Ginger has been used as spice and medicine for many years. It has many medicinal property. you can use ginger fresh, dried and in powdered form. It is effective in stomach problem, gas, constipation, cold, fever, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, cough, bronchitis, migraine and toothaches, chest pain, back pain.


Medicinal Uses of Ginger

1. Gas, nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite - Take 1/4 tea spoon of ginger powder after breakfast and dinner with water.

2. Constipation - Take 1/4 tea spoon of ginger powdered with warm milk.

3. Cold, cough and bronchitis - Take 1 table spoon of ginger powder and 3 table spoon of honey, mix them well, take 1/2 tea spoon of ginger and honey compound after breakfast and dinner.

4. Fever - 1 table spoon of ginger powdered and 1/4 tea spoon of black pepper. mix them well and take 1/4 of this powder 3 times a day with warm water.

5. Migraine - 1/2 table spoon of ginger powder and 2 table spoon of Fennel seed powdered, mix them and take 1 tea spoon 3 times a day with water.

6. Toothache - Chew small piece of fresh ginger.

1- Cinnamon Powder          0.50 gram
2 - Black Pepper Powder   A pinch

Take half glass of water in a pot.
Put Cinnamon Powder and Black Pepper Powder the water.
Boil the water till it is half in the pot.
Filter the boiled water with thin piece of cloth
Take the prepared infusion.
you can use this infusion twice a day.

1 - Ginger Powder  0.50 gram
2 - Clove                1 piece
3 - Black Pepper    0.10 gram
Grain all the ingredients and take half tea spoon with warm water.

Remedy for Constipation No.1


Ingredients:

1 – Dry Indian rhubard (English), TERMINALIA CHEBULA (Botanical)    25 grams
2 – Almond                                                                                           25grams
3 – Honey                                                                                             50grams

Preparation:

Take dry Indian rhubard and almound, griand well
Include the ground in honey.

Dose:

Take ½ tea spoon 3 times a day, with water after meal.

Ispaghula:

Take 1 table spoon before sleep with warm water.

Remedy for Constipation No.3

Ingredients:

1 – Senna                     10 grams
2 – Dry Ginger               10 grams
3 – Fennel Seeds          10 grams
4 – Salt                         10 grams

Preparation:

Take all the ingredients, grained them well, make them powder.

Dose:

Take 1 tea spoon before sleep with water.

Almond Oil:

Take 1 table spoon before sleep with warm milk.
